The AWS Class ENiCrMo-3 coated electrodes are designed for welding metals with high chromium, nickel, and molybdenum content. Typical alloys contain approximately 62% nickel, 22% chromium, 9% molybdenum, with the balance being iron. These electrodes offer reliable technical performance, including good tensile strength and shock resistance. The weld metal can achieve tensile strength of up to 700 MPa and yield strength of up to 350 MPa. They provide excellent corrosion and high-temperature resistance, along with strong oxidation and scaling resistance for long-term durability.
